Why?... It looks like a very "healthy" behavior but I guess your shorts are in a completely timeframe...

I am short from 1.41 so still, good. but you I am getting concerned by this 1.39 value... since last nite (GMT) it's getting too hard to get through. I don't know.
I also have technical reason to go south until 1.3725 at least if not more, but I can't get pace of mind. Also, I was looking in the past at similar configurations... (june-july 2009) and it didn't ended up so clearly. let's see!

no I agree, I though you were referring to moving "right now". volatility has increased drammatically recently and I think it will always more. this is due to the fast pace of evolution and more and more volume in the game. I think actually was one of the things Trichet wanted to fight against.

I see what you mean. I am looking at a daily chart. Tuesday was the break of Support to LL and after such strong uptrend it was expected to retrace to the last daily R after the break. We are sitting in the rejection of that R test (last chance for any continuation long in the next few weeks). In my books this is the momentum building area for shorts "a tick" (metaphorically) below broken daily support will trigger a fast and good move down... we'll see.

the 3 yellow circles are the set the red circle is a great respect of that pitchfork. break of 875 can take us quite lower.

for those who don't know the lines are draw by the tool it self, not trendlines drawn by me.

red pitchfork seems very unlightly to me... still i will see reaction to its mid.

gan fan coming up next. i like gan fun, too

it's a little bit cluttered, sorry for that.

also decision time here. break bellow and it shows mid 1.37s

blue is fan, red my methods lines and yellow swing line.

expecting a spike up (head fake) before it goes down. hope it doesn't get my stop.

This is more a spagetthi plate of MA's than a trend indicator. The only thing which is still really up there is the 100 SMA which will probably turn down early next week.

As long as we do not break 1.3670/1.4160 we will be trading bounces in this range and there will be no real trend.
