Hello everybody and good day,

I have updated my counts on my blog. For pics see the blog.

In my posting last night I showed 4 options which could evolve. Option c) got busted because price moved over 1.4003.

The other three remains valid. I stick with my Leading Diagonal count, which has followed the last hours nicely my predictions.

I will short between 4069 and 4074. 4074 is the 82% retracement of wave red 1. That would be the max limit for a LD wave 2 to retrace.

If it retraces more, my LD count will be invalidated.


Now see the following chart. I have seen some counts which put a blue one over the wave I have labeled on the previous chart as a Wave "a". I think that is not valid. See chart for explanation.....

i see some difference between volumes.
is this from the provider.
they are really tick volume right ?

French finance minister Christine Lagarde Wednesday said that strikes and blockages are damaging France's image and risk harming the economic recovery. Hundreds of filling stations ran dry this week after the country's 12 refineries halted production following strikes, part of nationwide protests against government pension reforms seeking to raise the legal retirement age in order to reduce future budget deficits.
The events subject France to material harm in the form of businesses losing orders and partial layoffs, Lagarde said. Its image abroad is also suffering, she added.
"Today we are losing an opportunity for France. We got through the crisis in better shape than others and we are picking ourselves up, rebooting growth and bringing unemployment down," she said on French television channel France 2.
"Losing that opportunity today [...] would be very serious," Lagarde said.
Lagarde also said that the government's plan to cut the public deficit next year by EUR40 billion is necessary to preserve France's sovereignty and independence.

Roughly just 25% of breakouts have follow through, not good odds...

If trading breakouts, you should be ready to close at a moments notice, better to wait for the re-test to hold.

I could have one..
we are at little 78.6% retracement of the big 61.8% retracement..
any move up of here I agree with you is risky to go short, but at this time I can try to short with very tight SL, big TP and therefore nice RRR!

its not 100% VSA specially MT4 but theres difference from broker to broker depends on the feed they get but lately they say interbank is more accurate
but i dont know really but it helps alot specially in larger time frames

I'll cover my long with a tight stop if this hourly candle can't make a new high and close in the green.

the thing that i find really interesting is that this period is getting huge volume into the pair a fact that i made last night. so everybody trading eur/usd.

volume usually get's big near turning points but it can take a while

QE2 priced in USDx so unemployment claims move USDx up with a higher probability than down . Still limit sell @13960 is actve order
