It could be bullish if broken to the upside. But in case of further downside movement the upward trend that has been in place since September is seriously compromised.

That was my plan : short at 1.3855 if it holds. But I must admit 1.3820/1.3830 is a key level for bulls (H4 SMA100) and it could become a tough support if broken.

Intraday scalping is really risky today ...

I dont consider my self bull/bear ,just intraday "surfer dude" I just ride the waves as they appear.

Try to be as flexible as possible while also not jumping in an out too often.

What weakens the case for a leading diagonal is, that wave 2 had only a shallow retracement. We should have seen 66% to 81% but only had slightly over 50%


A further case could be, that we are in a big 1-2, 1-2 action.

That would explain, wy the last wave down was shorter than the first wave down. Because I would expect wave 3 to be substantially longer if we have indeed topped out and have now a change in trend.

The kind of V recovery from the low will soon be followed by a downmove, the upmove ain't powerful at all
but it keeps making new high...so let's wait until the dust settle to short
