+1. We shouldn't expect a down rally right now. Indicators still didn't turned bearish on H4. Daily is still bullish for now. Signals are mixed. I think several big bull players won't give up the fight as easy as it seems.

Consolidation between 1.3670 and 1.4160 may be in the cards. My intraday upside targets for now : 1.3831, 1.3855, 1.3885, 1.3916. Break of 1.3916 would probably open a highway to 1.40+ (possible pitstops 1.3977, 1.4046). Odds are lots of short sl are stacked over there.

However, there is an underlying war that intensifies and price manipulation make intraday readings extremely hard for me.

imo we are in a bearish channel. just a substantial breakout could save it from further drop

1 up - wave 2
1 down - subwave one of wave 3
now up - subwave 2 ???





Look at 4h chart: 9 down - wave 1
7 up - wave 2
11 down - wave 3 but stop: 11 is corrective. so wave 3 is not ready

4h chart is very strange:

the third candle down reaches deeply in territory of candle 1 down, making every attempt moot to count a 1-2, 1-2. One thing which comes to my mind is, that we have to count the first three candles as leading diagonal (subwave1) and the following two candles as the waves 2 to 5. The last down candle has to be counted as part of a flat. That would make sense, since the recent upmove is pretty impulsive (wave c impulse)

that would mean: we are in a wave 4 now

wave 1 made 329 pips

wave 3 made 307 pips

that would limit the wave 5 to max 306 pips

Big question now is:




will this wave 4 run in territory of wave 1 (3830)?

That would make the whole downmove a Leading diagonal. A Leading Diagonal has the shabe of 3-3-3-3 (five zigzags). That would explain the difficulties in counting the moves down as impulsive.

As I write this it has touched 3832.




So either it moves a little bit further into territory of wave 1, then down, or we have to judge the upmove as trend change and we will eventually make a new high.

i see another downtrend to 1367 lvl, then going up again probably...
