I can pull out intraday targets. Its a nonsense to predict something such serious as a long term target . Its not serious, its childish. Look at those institutional forex traders. They predicted EU 1.18 in 4 months then when positive reversal happened they switched to 1.4. Its not trading, Its gambling. I dont gamble- I trade.

If I dont spot a confluence of variables at support/resistance its a no trader for me.

I'll be shocked if gold doesnt have a down 10% day sooner or later. That trade is so crowded, and dam does it get thin on the way down.

i was thinking euro is being used as the the stick to bate the worlds fiat reserve curency but theirs no fundenental reason for euro to b value almost the same as gold so when usd is no longer world reserve euro will get a nasty surprise as it gets plunged into a cold bath.
have your listened to mike alony resontly he thinks oil is basicly worthless and may go down to 10$ incredible stuff.

i agree with most of the Europe-China etc.

but if China raise rates like today having won peg they need to buy USD.
so they hit the commodity and they get USD strength. so WON still down.
so they temper growth temper inflation and still get the WON down.
So I agree about EZ. but when it comes to China they have 2 things they can do.

1. raise rates - exactly what they are doing today -> getting dollar up hitting commodities and then from both (rates up - commodity's lower) you get in China lower inflation expectation plus better prices for them to buy because they still buying and building like crazy - expectation for 200 MIl ppl to move to big City's in the next years.

2. second won raise. not going to happen.

What about USA.

1. weak dollar helping US exports and US economy - don't forget target is double the exports.
but China can stop the dollar devalue by raising rates. so China has the shot.

Also strong USD hitting them about debt, exports, deficit housing, stock market (very important to US economy)

Conclusion China has the aces in hand.

Now tell me one thing that can stop China.

China is the Big Dog now. exactly where USA was in 1980. (my personal op)

Hey T. Your posts are very interesting and make a lot of sense to me. Couple of questions if I may (I am a total newby).

- How do you calculate the intra-day targets?
- How do you calculate where the next swings possibly be on H4 chart?

If you could elaborate a bit or point in the right direction so i can read more about the methods you use.

Demand determines price/value. Ultimately, the price/value always ends up being determined by what the buyer/market is willing to pay. The more limited the availability, the higher the price since the more buyers are willing to pay due to competing with each other for access to the item. The amount of oil in the world is finite and decreasing daily, it is not a renewable resource.

Demand for oil is increasing as third world countries such as China and India become wealthier and more inhabitants have cars and use energy. That being the case, what would cause oil to become 'cheap', not to mention worthless.

china will always import commodities. so they have limited expansion... so they blow their money on the worlds largest military. atm you got other Asian country's with cheaper labor. its not as peachy as its made out to be. add in some inflation and those savings rates go down or they cut back. raise the currency value and those other Asian will be glad to build it even cheaper. inflation plus a cutback in jobs due to currency raise and you got 600 million guys with 100 women to chose from.... and viagra on the net.. what a powder keg if jobs soften...

what about the u.s.? is there something not priced in? u.s. is an open book.. and the u.s. is purchasing less because of less jobs
