I agree with 1.35. also with a big decline day after the run up.
weekly also look like 1.33 is nothing impossible to reach.

we both said about this week would be with fireworks.

but it still would surprise me to get so low and so fast.

slice anyway you want.. we had a weak euro and German exports went up.. now its strong and they will reflect it.. it aint all about the usd.. the chinese won goes down with the dollar. they are fighting china and the u.s. for a market that they already lost market share, all the reported good news germany reported was based on a weak euro and verses 2009... one of the weakest years to compare to.

yesterday action was another proof.

Asia is gaining it's shares of forex.
Asian session are very volatile compared to an year ago when were boring.

volume also picks up sometimes same as London.

they are behind this move.

think about they have 2 ways to fight inflation.

1. raise value of YUAN and make everybody happy
2. raise the rates and make them happy while other loose money

China is aiming for 1.st spot
