nothing last forever. but having and edge is a thing the counts.

anyway you seem to know everything on FX so don't bother with me.
I'm old fashion. position trader. don't know the 1m charts algo's so sorry

anyway your formula's made a statement today that we are going to break easy 1.4 and that was not the case in London session. so some imaginary formula must have had some issues.

My big EU long target from the japan open entry was hit with not too much pullback on the way up. Learning to hold for big target1 is quite challenging psychologically. I usually exit too early in winning trades and the bottom line impact is significant. This time it was due to trailing tight to soon resulting in exit at 15 pips instead of 40.

you're right, but he will be off to work next week. then my stomach's full of fish and i still can't handle the fishing rod.
never mind, in that case i'm going to kill the fish with a bunch of hardened trendlines.

I believe I posted that 2 swiss banks bailed out of a 1.40 hefty shorts on EBS. that created an imbalance - twilighters' took advantage once NY closed and hammered prices knowing that they will have sucker shorts for dinner on they way up - a move orchestrated by them.

Hi Popee83, I have been reading your (and others) comments off and on during the day/evening. In your banks of infinite wisdom (aka your head) do you happen to have a good idea of where this EU long is likely to travel to [near term, I'm not interested in the longer term].

I do have a short on from 13949 and have been scalping a few longs along the way. My thinking is that if the pair don't simply soar through the earlier high of the day (now yesterday for me) then a short lived retrace should be due around that point. Enough to get me out of my short

I'm not much into argumentative debate, but I am interested in reading people's opinions, after which I can make my own decisions on what to filter out. Cheers

That likely made big gaps on few financial instruments other than this pair?

here is a fishing trip - learn all the math concepts that are derived from a mean or have anything to do with a mean value. Linear regression, standard deviations ,etc and of course the good old Fib will do the trick.
