On intraday basis it could be reached. A momentum break of 3860 has already happened now we need another break of daily lows to push the pair lower.

Im still short and meanwhile I have also shorted GU nd CADJPY

Yeh exactly my thoughts, a new low and down we go
But i'll be cautious with any attempt to go towards the low without taking it out.
And same here short gbpusd. Waiting for a move lower

I could bet you we will hit 1.3980 in NY session .. I have seen this movie before .. China is buying folks, they don't let go the snooze easily unless they know the US markets will get hammered. At this point, since no major news except the Long-term purchases, China buys dips once sure the S&P will rally, hence causing shorts to cover and hence the miniature rally commences.

my stoploss is determined by money management. i don't risk too much.

edit: as i suspected earlier, 3875 wasn't hit, resulting in an impulsive move to the upside. the last short is gone, looking to add around 3975-3994 area, if we break a few smaller levels before.

Looks as though the right shoulder of a very decent head and shoulders is in the process of forming. Will add to my short at at 1.3885 once the neck line is broken.
