I hope you know the same moving averages give a different point of view on different time frames. To each his own I guess. I know I'm still not a profitable trader but I've tried many, many things. And I'm baffled at this point why people look at things like divergence of technical indicators, contrarian trades during a steep uptrend etc. It's somewhat amusing to watch because I know some of these ideas just don't work too well. But I'm too tired to try to get my own point of view accross. Plus, I don't have the "credibility" of stating that I'm profitable to "correct" other people's ideas. Maybe it's better some people have different ideas so it creates liquidity for people who do. Whatever, I guess my posting here will be limited because there doesn't seem to be much point to it.

I'm still not happy they won't let me change my username.

Hi folks

This is my graph for monday, I was caught in a trap ( I was long in the end of the day waiting for a retracement that never came ). I ve decided of not closing my positions because i can see a retracement for at least the 61.8 level ( important level ), from where the mouvement could keep going up or not.

I do not think we going to have a huge gap up in the opening of the market.

I run signal mostly but on another screen I have 15 min charts of eu and gu in mt4 with a template that has mml. Set to a 60 min chart. Daily range eu and gu is 120 pip average and the 60 min mml right now have an octave of 60 pip

1.5625 is a 4/8 mml on weekly gu and if we get retracement could be our target

There is a resistance level just above us on that chart. Just under the buy level you took . That is where price may test.

Also look like that white ma on your charts is a major trend indicator and price has broken that . Hope you can get out of this one with break even or a a few pips

Many pairs have patterns that indicate that coming week will be a turning point for the EUR/USD uptrend.

AUD/USD 1h -> Rising wedge broken, retest and then down.
USD/JPY daily -> Wolfe waves, not ideal but anothe indication.
EUR/GBP daily -> pitchfork median hit, turning point possible.

just to name some.

I like 1.444 for the reason posted in my chart.
in order for a ABCD pattern to reach 1.444 its got to go down to 1.287-ish.
Am not too sure about this scenario though...
A push to 1.444 isn't out of the question.

What I can add is... to pay attention at the price of 00.00h (CET), and taking this as a reference for the whole week.

As mentioned several weeks ago, USDCHF is close to his 1. Target (9401), which acts now as a magnet.

Bro they change the date so it's the same date with BB announcing Q.E.
So now we get something like this.

Thanks Driver for this nice analysis indeed . following it also till 0.9320 perhaps before the bounce & effects in other pairs like eu as perhaps chf being 2nd strong currency now .
Also watching usdjpy , bear continued there or may even below the lowest level , still both of them with usdx at tl next may the bounce thrust start al together whatever small it may be but enough for us .waiting too .
