Not see bear hammer candle in usdx for some time ,now perhaps 1 in h1 tf ,price go below 76.56 bull rally will be aborted did in news time .still 30 min left for close it .

now in 4 of 1 down.

Target of 1 around 1.3947 to 1.3916

Wave blue 4 is about to run into territory of blue one.

Two scenarios: Leading diagonal or it was not a blue 3 but a series of 1-2's

I would then go with the letter one since downmove was not of correting nature so far, and a 1_2's scenario would fit well.

If it is the letter one, wave red one will end (much) deeper

Well, maybe I have a paranoia or not. But:

When I look at my charts from a distance, then I think "pretty small wave for a wave 5.

This afternoon we had a nice pop up, and that was it. I would have estimated a bit more drama.


Could it be, that we still are in wave 4 of 5 of 5 of 2 up?

Yes, we can!!!

From the end of wave 3 startting we would be in a huge wxy-pattern, where y is a nice impulse down, making it a flat. A wave C in a flat is usually 100-165% as long as wave A (in our case wave W).

That would give us a target between 1.4038 and 1.3977

Then up to new highs

Maybe warning is unnecessary, RSI deeper than in preceding down wave, Awesome Oscillator might follow.

Euro looking quite weak after that Ben-time profit taking. USD enthusiasm looks to be high today. It's surprising to see it test the (NY) day low with a bounce from here questionable: usually the lunchhour (NY, Chicago 12-2) is retrace or languish time. Looking to break from here, and 1.396 should hold & then buy.

When I look at wave structure on different time frames I get more and more the impressin, that we get a nice 1-2's action down

But I have tight stops

Cracked pretty easily....looking for long lower, not below 1.3950 though.

If goes below, there might be reversal under construction.
