were getting close to a reversal here.....ok look at where all pairs are: au parity, ucad parity, uchf 9500 eu 4100 gu 1.60 uj 81.......these are significant numbers.

May be worth leaving a position in, I seriously think this thing is on the turn, however caution it may still be subject to more upside testing. Last night and this morning smelled very much like a shake-out. Look where it went to, stop territory, shorts buy cover, who's selling it to them?

Structure seems to be that one of a ending diagonal.

Therefore I expect Wave red 4 to move at least to 3977 (likely lower).

But first target seems to be 4038


A ending diagonal would make a lot of sense, because it is not only the exhausting move of the whole upward correction, but it would fir very well to the behaviour/structure of wave red 1 of orange 5.

What makes you think so? In two years time Greece can default or restructure, and the other PIGS can also put quite some pressure on the EUR. We might end up at the same levels, but I am sure there will be nice trading opportunities in the meantime .

4025/30 would be a great place to cover shorts...4081/83 s/b good resistance now

i think we are part of a massive carry trade with USD

so we will get a 500 pips drop day sometime. i just don't know if it is from 1.4 1.6 1.8
so i don't care really but it will come. the amount of dollar shorts, gold long aud long is amazing right now.
