Supply Zones came into play, first one just caused a hiccup, second swamped the move.

London will be closing soon, looks like 1.40 big wall, probably will fall back, in the last week the Euro cannot break 1.40, currency stalled out

When it was trying to break 1.4,
euronext halted due to technical reasons for around 15 minutes, and market turned around 1.3992,

is it related?

I dont beleive it while writing this post big move down hehe

went short 1.3920 added to it at 1.3985 just booked a nice profit lol i dont beleive it.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

Corel paint shop pro, about £15 on eBay (the disc is licensed for use in Canada, but works fine on my machine ), does everything I need it to do, it's quite a versatile programme.

Hey DMA... it's not that I was incredibly bullish last week, it was simply that I wasn't ready to be bearish. Everyone was calling for a USD correction, but there hadn't been any confirmation yet. I closed my positions last week in the high 1.39s and got on the sidelines (I didn't like the second failed attempt to successfully break 1.40). We convincingly broke the uptrend channel on both Euro and Cable earlier this week and this rally since yesterday has been a classical retest of that support turned resistance (see my blog for a very clear chart).

Overall, I'm bearish on the USD but I recognize the importance of a solid retracement. In my opinion, bullish sentiment is simply on pause and we'll resume after the break

Gold new all time highs, DOW making new highs, but Euro not able to.

Is this a sign that the run is up? If DOW/Gold start dropping it most likely will take euro with it.

To crack 1.4 it can happen at prime time while B talking and preferrably needs a setup

i'm just out until we break 1.4 since another failed attempt can lead to a bigger correction.

also look at EUX 4h very toppy.

It's an important level.

I'm not shorting EUR/USD for now. but I'm also not long until we break 77 usx 1.4 EU. I also think GU is more vulnerable for a short but it's relative.

So just watching the show for now.
i'm bullish on gold since forever. the only secular bull market i see. but corrections do come.

i also never short gold.

I think not with this wave. After the next correction for sure :-)
