I am Bullish on this pair. A break above 14025-ish, should see further gains, but am a little cautious still. She still hasn't broken 1.4 convincingly imo.

MACD on 4h, have been indicating a down move if you look back to 21.Sept.
The par have been making lower highs, and lower lows, on it`s swings for the last weeks. Unless it makes a higher high then last week this seems bearish to me.
Will be interesting to see if 1.4012 get`s taken out. If 1.4012 Holds, I will be bearish on this pair.

Matter of time, patience
Btw i dunno what's experience got with 1,4000 level, it has been breached like butter last time, its not a level i'd worry about

that looks like a very strong support/resistance and there hasn't been any major retracement since those several sharp moves up..imo we should fall and move back up in the NY session

Asian soveriegn offer at 1.4000 on eur/usd

will this cap this pair the bounce suggest yes?

If its true may as well short below 1.4000?
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

I agree, patience.

1.4 has been breached, but my opinion, not convincingly, it rose above it, but has been sucked back to the South of it and has been under it for some time. It breached it on the 7th Oct, but one candle breaching it for me doesn't mean we are there yet. We have been bouncing around under it for some time now.

I hope we break it though.

On smaler timeframes yes
But do you think it will be able to make a higher highs if you look at larger period. Thinking of the highs of 1.4012 and 1.4027.

Starting to look capped to me. But we`ll see. Bearish as long as this pair stays under 1.4012 today.

Asian central banks selling the eur @ 1.40, having made a decent profit, since they have been buying it for some time.

we usually get a head fake opposite trend at tops/bottoms. forming a clef (valley) or twin peeks. the second peek height can be taller or shorter. i dont think the pair is finished.. this first wave is not complete.. the pair rarely get this close w/o touching or passing it.. if there is a new wave it will target #2 40501 #3 41039.. 39589 is upper edge for #3 mofu.. it may provide support. after completion of #1 we usually slip above then pullback below before passing.. if the trend allows
