Think back on "Short" EUR/USD, I should draw a Trendline to make sure if the trade is right.

If you saw the photo on the Last entry short trade, it obviously already break the trendline.


Right now the trend on eur/usd is Flat.
Should I Long the trade @ 61.8
or
Long when it break the trendline?
or
do nothing?and why?

Maybe I just cannot read your charts correctly but to my mind all the setups are totally wrong. Short orders should be under bullish candles and long orders above bearish ones.

Your entries are not clearly seen, so I might be wrong. I marked the signal candle with green arrow. Pending order is above this candle.

Men we have different charts... but on ur chart u took the extremum high, i want to know y did u not pick the second long wicked bearish RED CIRCLED candle after 1st one??

Because the system works this way. I have tested moving pending orders to next possible candles but it is too dangerous. The best is to use the extremum as described by Andrew.

These words are from 1st post of the thread. Where Andrew described the method. Can u clear me this thing.

(That is one should wait untill the price has exceeded the point of extremum, and only then sell. However, if the price fails to exceed the level of the point of extremum, one should wait. After the formation of a new point of the market extremum, the order should be shifted to that point.)


What i m following is... when after making bearish candle in bullish trend look to buy bearish candles high and if price fails to break its high and form another bearish candle then move entry to 2nd bearish candle high.

You are right i m also having some aggresive price action and drawdown while taking these type of entries. I am new to follow this method and there is no one who can guide newbies for this method. Even andrew dont visits his thread daily.

On chart i marked 2 candles with arrows.According to you and rules, shld i take the short entry at green arrow marked candle not white?

How is that? There is no trade at all according to Andrew's system.
