You guys ever thought of creating a moving pitchfork indicator? Say if the input parameter is 60 bars, the indicator will find the median line and the upper and lower lines, automatically creating point 1, 2, and 3 of the past 60 bars. But the 60 bars are constant, so there will only be 1 pitchfork which keeps changing direction according to the trend. I'm new to Andy's Pitchfork but looks like an interesting alternative of support and resistance. Hey we can even create an EA based on this idea. Let me think it through and I'll give you guys an update.
