Orange 2 is a little pain now, because it may retrace higher. It should not move over blue 2. If it does, I have to count new........

Let us USD bulls (or better: EUR bears) not forget, that there is a good alternative, that we only drop to 1.3635 and then make a new high. So watch the action around that level........

Price found a support on 61% fibo, so this is the right place to go up (atleast for a nice retracement of this down leg).

Read something about eur and gbp locked in option expiry levels at the moment, does this sound right?

Valid as long as 1.3899 - 1.3919 may act as a resistance zone ... 1.3940 would dampen this view ...

As long as above 1.3862 - 1.3852/ 49 zone...

As long as above 1.3862 - 1.3852/ 49 zone ... one more re-test to cross above 1.3971 and reaction towards 1.4028 - 1.4065 is possible again ...

Supports near 1.3832 - 1.3824 (DPS-1) and 1.3813 (Key) must hold ... if this upside view should be kept intact ...

Cross of below 1.3794 (done) would dampen the upside expectation ...

Break of below 1.3772 would open the downside ...

If you are short time long in this correction I would advise to take profit at least at 13849

they are. i will keep an eye on 3625. all this information adds up to some nice cheat-sheet.

btw: baby bear broke the baby wedge inside the teenage bear.

From what i can make out (for all it's worth and that's not much - lol). If we can break this current level, then i see no reason for it not to at least go to 13765, then 13670. However it depends on what these minutes have in store for us and what Trichet decides to say later today. I have been wrong before and will be again and again and again. This is just my analysis. Good luck whichever way you are.

Only some 15min closes above the 3820 area would give the bulls some room. Sorry I didnt realize it when I took the dumb long at 17. Oh well, might just call it a day

Just thought to myself I seem to spend a lot of time staring at 2-10 red pips.

Then I though "yes thats because if they was green you would close/bank the pips"
"Then you would open another trade and stare at red pips again lol"

Gotta say these voices in my head Know what there on about, maybe i should listen more.

good point. Good to remember what the preceding wave did.

But this analysis is tricky, especially with these waves. I think, today no one can say with a high grade of confidence, where the last bigger wave up started. It depends on the counts. And there are many that could be valid.

I would draw the fibs according to my analysis in this way:
