Closed a short with +102 pips. A shy shooting star on the daily with SS cross back after 2 daily Dojis; just took a second short but with tight SL. Let's see

my view on daily if we break 1.3850 then 1.3800 it may look like a top.
only time will tell if it retraces or reverses.

Which ever way it goes i hope to be close by pinching pips .

Right now I am looking for either a close below 1.3870 - 1.3860 or a close above 1.3900 - 1.3910 for some idea on direction to evaluate furture trades.
Today's zone = Tomorrow's opportunity!

By VSA rules if current hourly bar closes as is, (low relative spread, close near the middle, well off the high on low relative vol) then it's a classic no demand bar...

Confirmation would mean a break of the low, which would also be a break of the WPP and a break of the previous long term upper channel line.

So we have touched 1.4 twice now, and busted through my 4 hour support trendline. How far does this have to go to be a legit retracement from September's run? 1st Fib?

About another 40 pips for a technical double top.

If I had to take a mad guess, I'd say, FOMC do a complete U-turn on QE2 and we go back down to test 1.32 area, but who knows?
