.. anyway though the chart have changed a bit yet higher tf seems very ok for bull & expecting active soon . waiting 3883 to break for any confusion & though good resistances above , important ones 3900 & 3920 before 4228 & up.Once it to struggle enough they will not be any trouble perhaps .

1. If you look at the monthly Ichimoku, you'll see that it just run into the long flat bottom of the cloud, suggesting that it will pull down from it very soon.
2. The weekly 200 SMA is only a few pips above 1.39 area and it will definetely serve as a very strong resistance level.
3. Last but not least, the 61.8 retracement level from 1.51400 down to 1.18900 sits just below 1.39000, which is the last line of defense from the Fib stand point.

P.S. don't forget about weekly and monthly PP resistance levels nearby too.

i don't usually keep an eye on gold, but these movements there scare me. i take it that if this one retraced even visibly, everything would happen quite fast?

To me this leg up should now see a pullback to the 1,3334 zone after a capitulation move spiking at or above 1,3897 - 1,3920.
Closing on a daily tf above 1,3920 would invalidate the opportunity, having me to reconsider the market move.

Don't forget that we're entering into the earnings season. We'll probably see a lot of miss and lowered expectations for the future quarters.
This should help the dollar a bit imho, as markets are now clearly overreacting to the QE2 expectations.

That's the plan, time will tell...

well it went from 1160 to 1350 in 2-3 months, low steady growth... it's usual to the gold market.

Yes those pullbacks in gold are during less and less time as we advance in this bull market because more and more people willing to get invest in the gold market...

And now... when it's going for 2-3 months in a row, folks are waiting for that pullback to get in

Hello everyone,

following I would like to provide my top main count. This waves were hard to count because of extending waves. And sometimes the solution is so close to your eyes that you won't see them.

Keep it with Ockhams Razor.......

This count I love, definitely!

This count has two options:

A) price might follow the picture I just published on my blog

B) the red 1 and 2 might be the X and Y of the B wave - then this count will end at the blue 5, because red 3, 4 and 5 would be removed.

I think: if price goes under 1.3550, than we are playing option B

Real money is buying and it will likely go up to 1.39+, stocks support as well.

It just cyclical movement up, not linear

Just read your most recent post on your blog about who to listen and who not to listen to. I agree 100% with what you said, never trust anyone, trade your own strategy and that is it. It seemed yesterday you had an expensive lesson, i'm pretty sure you won't do it again. Good luck.

Yeah , 3334 come into the scene for correction few time but market ignored & what other pairs doing simply to me due dollar fall , may be manipulation to keep more down , may be to 100% retrace while in 2nd wave correction for big up ? just doubt to kill them all in one shot.
now usdx below 77.62 & hold & perhaps not finding any clue to bounce again , next levels are 77 , 76.90 , 76.19 all strong supports . breaks below 76.19 may feel US not manipulated or did over done , in deep recession again perhaps .

and others by this time may have understood or trying to do so about this big trap & slow down or decision divided but can't stop reacting or stop.
and if some one other than US did overreacting to the QE2 expectations then has to pay in full+ all interests in next movement when start.

nothing works with emotion & so do what see only & change even with loss now .

3900 has an options barrior according to forexlive, also it is a 61% fib from the move down from 1.5 to 1.18, also it is the exact point of the 200 sma on the weekly. Too many variables here for it not to get spiked too, just to pull back afterwards.
All that is left in FF is just plain garbage. "Cloggie"
