I think we're at the start of a 'fade to black' short correction that should last through the remainder of the US session. Up a few buck on my short right now. 0 volume = profit taking!

waooo, never thought we could hit the 61.8% today, now i believe it. I opened a hedge transaction on 1.3855 buy, because i sold at 1.3835. So I would close this buy hedge transaction at 1.3880-13890. It would be really crazy if it goes above that today or this week. We are going to see a real retracement after that, because almost everyone that is buying is closing most of their trades at that point for a fresh reload. Good luck guys!!!.

PA is also telling me that, is not going below 1.3848 tht was the previous high 3 hours ago. That means the up movement is quite strong towards the 61.8% 1.3887 level.

Still gotta look at the long term, but since sometimes this is going into range trading time (but not always), seeing some uptrends on the shorter timeframes and a lot of lines forming support at the same moment. Not going to get any oversolds at that line I'm afriad, but curious if anything goes, or we just flatline.

US equities will see some profit taking, which will drive up US treasuries/strengthening dollar late

I think its a safe trade to make around 20-40 pips. Can't be really any upside left in the market. It has to take a break sometime, and with the session coming to a close, any little move downward could trigger a bunch of skittish traders to close their long positions.

It should be short lived, but we'll see some small correction. Could make a couple bucks...plus my sl is just above 60 if it turns sour...so not a huge amount at risk.

I'm still bullish on the dollar...but you'll see a short correction like we did in the wee hours this morning after the big european session.

Looks like a small double top on the 5m charts as well forming...

I may have gotten in a little early, for better confirmation, I'd see if it cracks .3850

I am now hearing talk of the option for the Fed to RAISE interest rates 1%. Dick Bovey ]of Rockdale Research says that members of the Fed considering the option to increase money supply by RAISING INTEREST RATES due to the fact that the previous QE was met with very mixed results and a QE2 would be even more of a risk to get the desired result. With higher interest rates, money flow would dramatically increase towards Money Market funds which would increase the money supply so banks would lend more money by increasing rates, not lowering.

I am seeing an increasing number of people in the know becoming more and more squeamish towards QE2. Just my 2 cents

Guys...

This may somewhat irrelevant but I see CHF is at all time high....

Is USD really loosing strength against CHF to hit a new time bottom? If you look closely, Its bounced back twice .965 or is it preparing for a counter to .975 area...

what's your insights on this?
