If you think technically it says up and fundamentals say down, then two words and a figure should spring to mind QE2. I won't mention it again as i think i have made my point, but it is so, very, very important............. Good luck with your decision making.

I almost got trapped by that spike, i was going to close my longs and open some shorts. PA is telling me that we should get a new high, im looking that 1.3830-1.3850, im hedging at 1.3835 with the idea of closing my longs when the shorts are in green already (5pips). I guess its a risky idea but im doing some of the traders manually

I guess he meant a rejection of 1,3800 will make the pair go lower, otherwise it should go to 1,3830/40

He said if rejected at 1.3800 then it will test channel support. OTHERWISE (which means if not rejected) then it will test 3830/40 area
assume the position...whichever that may be

There is really strong upthrust supporting by stocks, oil, gold and different financial instruments.

1.3830/40 is valid intraday target and it might just fire up there directly before any support retest/retrace.

If rejection happens at 1.38 soon, it will go to test channel support somewhere around 1.3715/20 and then needs to re-evaluate situation. But most likely to shoot up hard from there if it gets there, might be too low, bulls won't like it.

Pair will go down to 1.3755-65, scalping naturally possible, than we'll see (in next 6-8 hours).
Bulls did greatly, but hesitation is in the air now.
As always, keep good reserves ready and hedge against sharp deep drops.
If not in mood to trade, better do not trade.

i would be careful with longs from this point forward. not talking about scalping.
but just careful. that doesn't mean shorting
