That is quite a statement! If you don't mind me asking, I would very much appreciate a more detailed description of your 'comprehensive view' ie reasoning. Here is why:

(1) SNB said they won't intervene unless there is a risk of deflation. Their yoy CPI ws released a few days ago and it is 0.3%, and flat 0% mom. While 0.3% is not deflation but it is getting close. Should the CHF substantially strengthen (especially against the EUR, their largest trading partner) I would not rule out intervention.

(2) USD/CHF is near all time lows.

78.20 seems to be hard to break for USD.
If it closes below yesterdays low, I think we should see EU go even higher!

Bullstill there & active !!lets see double top can stop .the root all evils usdx continued bear one after the other , though M30 tf buy setup perfection & M15,5 buy signal but can't stop at this level in bear rally , perhaps want one good stop like 77.62 , now 77.97.lets see if can back over a small support 77.99 & hold & break resistance 78.14 to initiate some bull .
