These New could strenghten the Dollar.
Because It gives the FED less reason to supply the market with ekstra money, which shoul make the stocks fall --> Stronger dollar.
Any thoughts on that?

Usually, good news for dollar= Risk appetite for buying euro/usd.
In forex, one currency is always up!

If China decide to invest heavy in Europe then the EUR will no more depends on the mood of USA ... and the correlation bad news USA = low EUR will change

Yeh possible, but the fact eurusd could not take out its high during the last hour, nor closing higher (H1), it shows bears are lurking around.

eurusd is in a no man land....or it brek 1.3720 and go up or break 1.3670 and go down to around 1.3620
