the last swing low in uc stopped shortly before 61.8% retracement... to my mind, they're still targetting the all time low. in the meantime, eu cannot really move anywhere decisively. or am i wrong there?

No. It's again scalper's paradise.
Many multiple scalps within 30 PIPS corridor so far, but nothing is guaranteed to last forever, so I'm out.
I did multiple shorts/longs in 1.3702-1.3713 and couple of fast longs from 1.3688, with safety hedging in case of real +/- 50 PIPs moves/spikes.
Again, there is no risk-free tactics, but this one today earned healthy 240 PIPs without single loss (well no S/L), well over daily target of 120-150.

I still feel the PA is more negative than positive. I'm betting we see 3682 before 3725 still

Agree, but in case we're wrong, sl is not far!

1.3760 upside, 1.3660 downside.

Then revaluation. But this is a bull setup as i mentioned about 3-4 hours ago.

The housing numbers are forcasted for a second straight month increase... if this comes through at or better than forcasted it should be good for the USD but it may also work in revserse and give EUR bulls some risk steam.

Cleaner pair to trade this news might be USDJPY where good USD news normally gives a more clean bull reaction.

Between 3718 & 3737 .. is the key area for today

I don't think PA is gonna fall just like that, this was a strong bull, bulls will not give up without a fight, it's gonna test 1.3806 again. PA hit 61% fibo and resistance which become support, and there is a bullish divergence on h4 so it will go up.
Eventually it could fall to 1.3640, there is a support and trendline is around that level and then go up to test 1.3806, but i believe PA is already on its way.

Besides there is a weekly 61 fibo on 1.3887, it would be a shame not to test it when so close.
