Sky nope I am using your 31 SMA and the 10 SMA. They are not in agreement right now on GoMarkets. Didn't figure a trade would happen tonight.

Lawgirl great for you, I have the safety net in place and it activated giving me 15 pips after 7 hours. Are you still trading with the camvoo version?

Thanks, I just close it manually, just in case, since I was in little profit

Some US Employment data coming out on Thursday plus Cable approaching

some serious long term resistance levels: don't fill to be long right now..

I went back to 140 SMA/10 SMA as I was not able to eliminate 2 loses

in backtesting with 31 SMA. Now everything is fine.

Thanks, I am also playing with the v18 with the 31 SMA and it looks pretty good, although I keep getting hit with 4 losses over the year. Good thing is that I think utilizing the Limit orders instead of Market works a whole lot better. Good thing that is on a demo only.

I will heed your advice and go back to the 141 SMA that seems to be the optimum for GoMarkets Live on my feed.

or what do you think of FX OPEN.
I will ask in the broker forum also, but thought i would ask here also since i been using this ea for 4 months now with IBFX and i dont get very many trades with them and looking for a better broker, i am in the USA

Dodd/Frank bill passed in US Congress will now make it illegal for US residents to hold forex accounts outside US?
Dodd/Frank? wait a minute aren't they the ones who pushed the US banks to lend unscrupulously and caused the whole credit crisis stemming from the housing bubble in US?
I have a micro account with FXCM UK and just received an email from the broker that they cannot let me hold the account in UK but it must be returned to FXCM US.
FXDD Malta has said they haven't figured out yet if they will have to return my Malta account to US. Max leverage 50:1.
Anyone know if this only applies to brokers who have offices in US as well as outside US? Could I opened an account with a broker who doesn't have an office in US? It's getting hard to breath...

As a matter of intrest.....are you allowed to get someone outside of the US to open a account for you....If so you need to find kind souls that will help....

You're right, Glenn. They are not allowed, but I'm sure there are brokers who will take them anyway. Don't you think? The burden is on the residents shoulders, not the brokers, unless they have made the decision to cooperate.

Yes, this is just ridiculous and keeps getting better everyday.

Like some Saudi Arabia guy transfer nearly 1 TRILLION $ through

Bank of America and Other US banks, without raising any flags?

And they checking up every ordinary guy for wires 5$k or up?

Gimme a break. First they create ridiculous conditions and then

shutting doors to make it impossible for Taxes go some place else.

If they shut me down I'll open account from .RU, I'm not going to

trade without hedging.. And also don't like to be told what's good

for my own money, what leverage and why no hedging is good for

FIFO rule is even worse especially with the Simple GU and Advance
Like last night it wanted to close a trade but had to wait for first one to go to profit before others would close. FIFO I just don't get it

I moved my fxdd to fxdd malta and my alpari us to uk I hope they don't make me move back . . . b@st@rds

Barry Frank and Dodd should be in jail they are the ones who caused most of the financial problems here anyway. Dodd is retiring Frank will probably get re-elected as the lemmings will put him back in. This country is F-d for now until we take it back

Yeah, man, I might have to stop trading in 15 days. It's impossible to

trade under those conditions. I have some orders open for weeks

and others trading hourly, what now? I have to close 1st trade in

order first and lose money to satisfy Jerks from FIFO?

And that kind of people are receiving hefty salary checks from American

taxpayers (while downloading Porn on .Gov computers),

which their screw left and right.
