I hear ya.I play the very low risk game/more lots game.Some play the money management medium/high risk less lots.I have a 4 pip SL on most of my trades.So far 40 winners 3 losers since Wed.So just going with the flow.I don't recommend this to anyone who don't know what I'm doing.Use your MM.I have my own style I can't explain.I just like the saying All in heh.GOtta stop watching the Poker Tournys

In your view (according to your charts and methods) what EUR/USD rate would comprehensively break the trendline? I seem to be in a similar mindset as you are, with regards to shorting, but the effect of the FOMC confuses the picture. I the think if we stay above 1.316 the trendline is broken (for me).

no brother, 3127 is my 4H resistance level..thats why i picked short at there.. even though i know according to my charts that any hour close above 3127.. then it must be dangerous for short.. below that..its okey..i never hunt for the tops and not predicting.. just trade according to my levels..

To be honest I rarely even pay attention to the News/I just let it happen/News and Tech's go hand in hand.I always see price hit certian points that I see.I trade naked charts .Used to used all those indis and gave that stuff up.I get into tops and bottoms easily.

it is often the case, that you get slight throw overs at trendlines.

In this case (see one of my former posts with Elliott Wave count, we had a trendline connecting top of wave 1 and wave 3. Price had to reach this trendline within a few pips. Sometimes PA stops a little bit under the trendline, especialy in this expanding ending diagonals.

But with this one we got a slight throw over, which is also common in ending diagonals.

how do you know the outcome of the auction of bonds? I think it's a fake bull, but in reality the correlations AUDUSD is a beautiful little overbought and oversold usdchf is a long time. I expect the reactions and thus important EURUSD will do something. I think shorts with TP 1.2800 and 1.2500 before the weekend by the end of next week ... What do you think?

Which top, we had 5 tops 1 plataeu since 09:28? Each retrace not much bigger then 10 pips, so TP larger then thats is dangerous.
