EJ and EU:

The candle and volume bars highlighted in yellow told the whole story. From that time forward the entire upper price region has been a feeding ground for the sharks taking on shorts. And they are in a feeding frenzy!

Good Illustration of SonicR Setup:

Today EU presented a good SonicR long trade setup. PA, S&R and volume (count of trades, not size of trades) gave beforehand clues.

This is such a good setup example, I thought it worth illustrating and posting. If any are keeping a notebook/journal, this is a picture to consider including.

EJ Outlook:

As we begin the Thursday session, I see reasons to believe EJ may present a SonicR short trade setup.

1) The H4 chart shows during the massive drive up, caused by market reaction to BOJ's yen selloff, there was a quick drive back down a bit. I suspect this to be the first sign that the market feels the price has gone up too far.

2) The h4 chart shows that at the last highs, each of three small pumps could not hold their highs. I suspect this is an indication that heavy shorting drove each of these pumps quickly back down.

3) The M15 shows the last small pump just before the end of the Thursday session was followed by a strongly bearish candle downwards. I suspect this was a US outfit heavily shorting before closing down for the day.

4) The M15 Dragon shows signs of leveling off. And the most recent PA has penetrated more deeply into the Dragon than any since the start of the drive up.

5) All this is happening just below the half number, which is a natural S&R level area.

Of course, the new session market will decide where PA goes from here. And since PA has not yet actually hit the half number resistance area, there is always the chance that some outfit will see to it that it does.

EU Short:

I am already in this short, but am running this as a separate new trade. PA broke S&R on strong candle down and out of Dragon. Took entry without waiting for candle to close. TP is set based on previous M15 S&R. The fine red and blue lines are H4 S&R.

EJ Short:

I am also already in this short, but treating this as a separate trade. PA came down thru Dragon and broke previous M15 S&R, pulled back up a bit and is now consolidating in the EP area. This is also the area of H4 S&R shown by fine red line. Next H4 S&R is fine blue line. That is where I have set TP.

Yeah, looks nice.
I'm just watching this move but not trading as it's against the main trend. Since the new trend is confirmed I'm looking for an entry. This rule helps me to keep my loses low very much.

Question about entry. Sonic recommends It’s better that price be above the 89EMA for a long entry.

Can you explain what motivated the trade and entry.

In this case I would like first to see a sonic entry then a retracement. But ready to change my opinion

Earlier EU and EJ Trades Closed:

These trades were a waste of time, and they were not SonicR entries. I had to "average" to about break even. Made a little, but not worth the time and aggravation they caused.

Hi Pipoca,

If I understand your question correctly, you believe one should enter long only if PA is above 89ema, and enter short only if PA is below 89ema. And from my M15 you can see that my short entry was when PA was well above the 89ema, so why did I take the entry....right?

You posted your M5 chart. So I have included one here, and you can see that my entry short was, on M5, when PA was below the 89ema. However, I rarely trade on M5 and I did not know at the time that my entry short was below the M5 89ema. And it certainly was not below the M15 89ema. So your question still requires an answer.

I had already drawn the S&R lines on M15, both those based on the M15 and those based on H4. So, when I saw the tall candle drop thru the Dragon and the M15 nearest S&R gray line, a goodly drop and a fast one, it seemed downside momentum was underway. I did not wait for the candle to close and to then set my entry several pips beyond. I just jumped in based on what I saw as momentum. After all, price had been moving only up all week long, so I thought it was due for a change, and was willing to take the risk of just jumping in.

I wish I had a better answer for you. Sonicdeejay says, "...it is better....", but that does not preclude situations when PA is on the other side of the 89 ema Trend line, which it is likely to be in early stages of a trend reversal. And maybe that is what happened today.

Should not be compared Highs to Highs and Lows to Lows? You compare Hihgs and Lows.
If you are talking about a divergence you should draw the lines across the highs on both price chart and indi.
Am I right?

Hello Personal! Really this system is very profitable, and I want to thank the Traderathome for the readiness of his system, that God blesses him a lot.
Have not I been having time to wait the best signs, because I work in commercial schedule, and would he like to know if it is possible the creation of an EA of that system?
