Hi,

looks like a 5 min Tf. Start your analyse from the higher tf , to get an overview where you are and then go to the lower tf, i usually dont go below 15 mins (Monthly -> Weekly -> Daily -> 1-4 h -> (for entries maybe then 15 mins but most of the time 1h tf)

To be honest ... rrright ... it is not only Friday ... it is Friday on a late afternoon ... without London ... only NY and Chicago markets are open ... week-end looming behind the corner ... and major move for a day trader has been done already ... we are in here for the meat ... not for the bones ...

It has been positions squaring time already ... all major market participitiants covered their positions ... what you see now ... that is only online pippers ... but not traders to be seen here anymore ...

Es lohnt auch nicht mehr irgendwelche "Micro-Elliottwellen" herauszukitzeln ... keine Sau macht soetwas ...

Anyway ... I wish you have a nice week-end ...

Hello Samir,

on 15min and 1h I get the same fractal (count). Higher timeframes will not work because this wave since the top is to short for higher timeframes.

And by the way: I thought some people would like to have a discussion, rather than a teaching lesson for me.

Maybe I am a new member of this forum, but that means in no way that I am new to Elliott-Wave.

I trade Forex with a combination of Elliott-Wave, Murrey-Math and Ichimoku.

on the bull side we may have a possible target at 3148. 3148 is less then the recent high.. but i post whats giving in order.. add in some slip and 3148 may be a double top. beyond that i have a possible target at 32335. chart included.. add on your own tl fibs ect.

all 3 of these charts can be correct. and we could follow all of them.. but for all 3 to be correct for the math to work the smaller bear charts would be first.. it could also follow the #2 bear and not the follow #3 one. then the bigger bull.. or these and charts even bigger then these. all can be correct to the pip..

but whatever direction we go.. the levels will be followed.. and respected unless we capitulate.

Gator, i would say, not today...


Maybe on sunday night, but i do not see the pair raising even to where driver55 forecast it earlyer. I see no momentum at all at the moment.

I got my meat on the fall this morning on the eua/usd, gbp/usd. I just need a little gravy to go with the meat. Yes sir it has slowed down a bit. It has been a good week.

Is "mofu" mother f*cker? I still did not find the post where you write the meaning of it?

look at all those charts.. and earlier ones with a box or build your own on any tf or any pair. most crosses are a long candle. you will see many attempts.. but only the long candles with momentum cross them..when your trade needs to cross and turns at one of them you will see why its the mofu zone.

Funny how IMF and other officials deny any problems. Funny how there is no talk except for one little note on Bloombergs scroll I saw yesterday about Portugals condition getting dire and Moodys is considering a downgrade with a negative outlook.
Why all the cover-up? Towns in Greece have 40% unemployment amidst riots and vandalism. There is hardly any word about it. One member wrote this is "old news"....I think not. USAs dirty laundry comes out for all to see, but EZ does all it can to secloister just like the weekly announcements Trichet was making back in the Spring about new solutions only to have another new solution that suddenly made everything OK? I would think they would want a weaker euro to get on with recovery.

yep.. i got a bigger one to 36xx from 16754.. it works too.. since it was a recent low its less cluttered. but the ones from 1.6038 also work.. they all fit in a woven process. thats why there are no straight lines..
