EJ and EU Trades Update:

I view today's PA for these two as BARF....Bump and Run F...'ers (really, that is what this Wall Street acronym stands for). There has been no concentrated effort to drive the price down, only up in order to sell off and go short.

If this view is correct, then next week will be bearish. But that does not mean they might not open the week with a gap up in order to hit some short stops and drive home some last minute shorting before they run them down during the week.

I have a small profit on EU and I am going to close it. The EJ trade will be left running. If there is a gap up next week, and if I am at the computer when it happens, I will add more to that short trade.

EJ Short Trade Update:

I left this trade from Friday running. There was a small gap up, followed by a pullback and then the serious drive up, topped off with heaviest trading at the highs. So, to me this looks like the pump 'n dump continued by the asian traders, who missed out on it Friday.

I have added to the short, again raising the EP average. This started as a small trade, but has grown with additions. Now it remains to be seen if the euro traders will take another wack at pumping it more, or just keep it up until the US release later and then possibly start a drive down.

The longer trend is down. But this is ranging. For me, with FXDD, the spread is prohibitive to trade it for whatever moves it might make while in the range......ths spread to average range is not good.

I am in this short. I have been waiting for a downside run. The chart is interesting. It may be late in the day for it, but maybe the chart is showing a sign of what will eventually come.

Hello Sonikers, today I was busy so I couldn't send my trades at time.

I post just see if my trades bring some comments.

I read some comments from Raghee (the initiator of 34 EMA trading), she wrote : This also brings up a great point: harmony. I look for trades — when taking positions across diffrent paris — to have harmony. I don’t want to hedge and I don’t want to take entries on the same time frame on different pairs that would require — for example — conflicting U.S. Dollar Index movement.

I understood from this quote, that is better to be with dollar index when taking a trade. Now I started to look at the dollar index, crude oil, etc...

So today around US open I saw dollar index weak and EUR/USD very strong, already at R3 and touching RgH. I prepared a setup for a USD/JPY short & a GBP/USD long.

Result USD/JPY both TP hit and GBP/USD stopped at breakeven after being more than 29 pips profit

On money management Raghee wrote : The market must be moving up at 12 to 2 o’clock or down at 4 to 6 o’clock. In other words it must be a trending market! So the answer is yes, I do use the Wave as a trailing stop after I have transitioned from my risk based and break even stops. Trailing stops are the third type of stop I use and the last transition in my trade management plan.

On this last page Raghee explain that she uses 34 EMA on multiple timeframes. Sometimes, I noticed a sonic entry on the 4H or daily and at the same time a sonic entry on the 15m. Someone have tested sonic entry on the 15m in conjonction with a entry on the 4h or daily ? I balleyed this, and this lead to greats moves !

Not sure if I am understanding this correctly but I made pips today on EurUsd.

Took a long and break out continuation does this look right. Not sure if my RgH lines are correct?

Dollar index or not, as Sonicdeejay has so often said, "Trade what you see." GU has been range bound, but offered 2 trades yesterday; a re-entry trade followed later by a normal trade. UJ was ranging too, but offered a nice SonicR short setup after multiple bounces off the range highs.

Ms. Raghee refers to our Dragon as the "Wave", whereas we refer to the PA HL sequences as the Wave. We use the Dragon as a reference for entry and the slope of the Dragon as an indication of the possible strength of any move. So, there are differences between SonicR and Ms. Ragee's method. I too have read some of her work. No doubt she is very successful and capable. But, imho, SonicR is devine simplicity.
