I got a letter last week from my broker (IBFX) that I could move my accounts to Australia. I just found out 2 days ago that the CFTC now says that US citizens must keep their funds in the US if the broker is under CFTC guidelines. Isn't it nice that we can no longer do what we want with our money...I thought this was the "land of the free"?

Can we put funds elsewhere with NON CFTC brokers?

Wrong, you could transfer your fund in another Broker in any place in the World, the big problem is that now great part of brokers ar started not accept USA citizens as customers.
But you could close your IBFXusa accounts. Withdrawal funds; open accounts in IBFXaus and fund that accounts.

It's gotten to the point that it's a game of musical chairs. Outflows are astonishing....there are the contrarians that think that means smart money rally....but, I think we're in special circumstances...outflows are not occurring as "choice" per say...but rather raiding due to necessity...a bad sign for the health of the economy. Too many people having to break into their retirement investments in order to get by......reality's a bitch....

Failure to break 277x level, and a possible BOJ intervention should push it down...

My targets are still the same 2675 2630 2588, the only thing that have changed in the last couple of hours is more shorts added

... is if we go up again to retest 1,2760/70 zone (reject) and come down after.... my bet is DOWN WAY, but the bulls still in this Arena
