Yes sure, obviusly there are a few in between points if the move down including the very strong quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily 1.22 3x/9x.

On a pure price action analysis, without indicators or any kind of shit, it should go down...multiple lower highs on any attempt to go up.

Once it clears 1,2742 & 1,2762 we go up above 1,2800

this is actually a bullish pattern. it's called a bullflag(wedge in between). I'm long from 1.2710 with tight stop because of the news in 6 min.. don't trust it

Double bottom on the H1 (tweezers - maybe not quite). Oil looks like it wants to break through upwards. I hope we'll see some more gains before it falls.

Dollar index come back looks like it might have failed too.

actually this looks for a good buy above 760... seems to me like an up move is forming...

ether way there will be lot of pips to catch if just playing the breaks of 760 or 660-670 or the tl...

Well it depends on what and how are you looking at your charts. I don't use any indicator as well and my intraday minimun measure is 240M and that IMO is not showing lower highs but a texbook definition of consolidation/range making HH and LL. However I do agree in the importance on breaking 1.275x for further momentum up (and for my longs to work).

yep see my post earlier.. this is a wedge/flag after a bull move.. so its bullish...i think that we will break out soon..

I saw your post before & as I posted earlier I am with you in that long.

Just to play devil advocate while we wait, I see the wedge/flag (I dont directly trade them) however from a theoretical point of view a wedge/flag in a trend up has significativly good chances as a continuation pattern.... but this is not a wedge in a uptrend but a bullish wedge in a reversal bottom (which means a lot of chances of failure). I hope for our longs that this is not the case ... lol

EURUSD :


As long as capped below 1.2763 - 1.2787 area ... green 200 EMA and orange 100 SMA as well as Linear Regession Channel upper line ... there are still chances of lower rates and all those limits to be hit again at first ... as mentioned in my Simplified Setup Tables from last Tokyo Session beginning ...

I am in the short bias camp and for a short I need to see price move below 20 ema on hourly, which will then line it up nicely with all ema in descending order : 365, 200, 150, 100, 50 , 20 etc.
Looking at current price action this would imply that price needs to get below 12700 as a minimum before the ema's will line up correctly

thnks, i was referring to a smaller time frame.. but this explains the pressure. You could definitely be right.. markets have trouble to make new highs right now.

I see your point from a 60M perspective and this time I can't disagree with your view according to that chart. However I am looking at a higher timeframe for intraday so we have different perspectives ... we'll see what happens.
