One of the best indicators you will find in FF. When people start posting like that is because the market is in choppy noisy range for too long.... so all the small timeframe traders get chopped out till can't handle it. The mood in FF board is a leading indicator in what is going on in the markets.

When markets are trending at full speed you will see thousand of post on trendlines drawn everywhere and anywhere... when they calmly trending you will see channels everywhere, in range clear markets you will see stochastics and MACDs, etc... in other words all "positive" holy grail posters .... when are like the last few hours in a noisy range you just see less posts and angry and anxious traders...

That's my read on this boards, a part from the consistent traders that post the same charts (whatever the tools) every single day and they don't swing moods in their posts according to market conditions...

But its not willing to buy yet, it went with half-speed up and giving part of gains away....

And not closing out the possibility of bull trap when everything else points up.

Well spotted sisse hence I am trading larger time frames and watching movies.
300+ pips on GBPUSD in last few days and currently up 79 on GBP and 19 on USDJPY waiting for direction on EURUSD.

Hi all,

Can someone comment on where we are in the Elliott Wave ?

I think I can see two possibilities. The first one is that we are at the end of Wave C and therefore after this the road is down. But I am uncomfortable by labbeling the previous moves, the move prior looks like an impulse move and not a correction.

So my interpretation is that we are in the beginning of Wave C, so there is a long way up. The reason why I favour this is because it fits in nicely with the previous impulse wave.

(sorry if anyone has commented on this last night but i went to bed after i posted it and can see any responses)

That i know, first scenario is not possbile because begining of 2nd wave cant cross 1st wave, its too high. So, its not valid.

Latter one looks ok, where we could go higher.
