Interesting data (well, I think so):

106.55 is exactly the 78.60% fibo of the secular rise in EURJPY from 2000 to 2008.

This fibo, 78.60%, though not one of the standard, I've read it's often used by EURJPY (in fact, yesterday's fall from 109.5 stopped nearly at 106.3 level, which is the 78.6% of the previous rise)...

I bought Eur/Jpy at 106.27 and waiting to reach 109.56. Now is 107.15.
H4 chart shows resistance at fibo 23.6 = 107.62. If that is reached I think is going to go UP.

50% fibo 105,45 min aug 24th/max 109,55 aug. 30th.

and

23,6% fibo 114,1 max aug. 3rd/ min 104,45 aug 24th.

Here it comes, can we break that temporary uptrend consolidation ?...
(first entry was on tap of upper wall, second was during the formation of the double top on 5min chart, both half positions, and usual stop loss 100 pips.)

Woot...break down occurred. Now we are watching the classic retest of the uptrend and the retest of the neckline to determine whether both have become resistance. This will determine the trend for a while....

Quite interesting scenario indeed. 80% of the time in my experience these patterns continue down. This is just another example of the changing times where what was normal, is not anymore. Still, my bearish sentiment holds. I see this current PA as just a continuation of the bullish consolidation with the final resistance in place being yesterdays high. That would also mark a break of the uptrend to the upside, also quite odd. My stop loss is still strategically placed where I would be proven 100% wrong and reflection would be necessary to see what I could have done better.

What are your thoughts on current pa?

Psihilog sell is for me very risky now,i have buy i dint post trade yesterday i took and i went to sleep.But my view we are now on strong trendline also volume is good for buy and i expect price on 61.8 maybe more depend what Forex decide...

Moment of truth now. Just tapped yesterdays high. As I usually do, added a third half a position here with all stops being at 108.20. If it breaks up ...now is the time. And then there's the opposite. Let's see

Uf be careful my friend,we have volumen for 61.8 Fib i think...Dont forget also EURUSD is very bulish i have buy from 1.2700 and looks very strong >

I wouldn't dare short this pair now, unless just scalping. I trade without SL and the world is expecting some BOJ intervention sooner or later, which could easily sweep all the shorts away. Besides I expect GU to go up a bit more and the pairs are pretty tight correlated, on 15 and 60 TFs.

A lot of the movement will depend on US data this afternoon. ISM Manufacturing, ADP unemployment numbers, Challenger job cuts.

So its basically an event driven trading day.
