Did anybody tryto use Tokyo with NordFX? All backtests with this EA are leading to Margin call.

If you're doing them on a weekend, they will. The spreads are too large. They need to be done during the week.

I agree....I have had some of the best results with this EA trading on Monday....Sunday your time..

Fridays are the days to be aware of..

Yes, I have too. I've also noticed that if we get a Sunday trade, it will often be a "3 trade week".

Geoffs ea works great, Ive been testing it for over a month and had only winning trades in demo.
My question is what do we all think about the 140 stop loss. on 3 trades open. One lose would wipe out all the winning trades?

It's your choice to take it or leave it. 140 SL is the dynamic of this particular EA, worked out through optimisation.
If you're worried take a single trade.

can this you add pips step function on this EA? coz sometimes the position floating to -50 to -100.. its a waste if just waiting for a days just for 22 pips. hehe

Whats in a name......if an EA dont work as it should be,,,,
May be one should trade in one's own way.....forget about the EA..
EAs are for believers....it wont work 100% all the time....
BUT IT WORKS!!!!!

No, just keep it on a separate chart and do not close that chart. You can minimize it, just don't close it. If you want to check higher TFs for GU, open another GU chart and refer to that one instead of switching the EA chart between TFs.

I have been discussing Tokyo18 with Geoff and he came up with the same suggestion i.e. this thread should remain focused on his original "Simple" strategy and act as the benchmark for any variations on that strategy. I think you'll all agree, he has set a very high watermark.

Tokyo18_alpha1 is now ready for prime time and will allow you to specify, on a position by position basis, what the order type should be i.e. Market, Limit or Stop (trailed) + all the associated parameters that go with these options.

I will set up a new thread and post Tokyo18_alpha there for you to feast on. Tokyo18 will only come with the presets that mirror those available for Tokyo17 (up to 3 market orders). It's up to you guys to figure out what combination of Market/Limit/Stop orders give you what you are looking for.

I'll let you know when the new thread is ready.

i download the expert camvcvoov5 to my forex lib/expert/indicator
when gbd_usd H1 open i added( by add+indicator+custom+camcv...) the expert to the graph.
i dont see the expert in the graph .
do i must do anothe action ?
