Go to Tools/Options/Charts/ and check "save deleted charts to reopen". Then when you close a chart you can reopen it by going to File/Open Deleted and clicking on the chart you want out of the list of charts that were closed, but saved.

At various times in the past, I would have special templates, one for each pair I traded, for that very same reason. But since using the Levels x8 indy, I don't bother to "save" S&R levels anymore. You can pretty much just trade any pair between whole and half numbers alone, which can be verified by looking at the H4 chart of any pair using Levels x8 as a backdrop and showing only the whole and half numbers. See attached pic as an example of how PA moves between these levels.

I don't usually trade USDCAD. For example, USDCHF has less spread, but a bigger range. I take this into consideration when choosing what to trade. I mean why pay more for less opportunity? For me, USDCAD is a spread of 5 with a smaller range. Why pay 166% for a 78% opportunity?

If the chart is REALLY important, a better alternative might be to save the chart as another template. That way you can give the chart a specific name, that you can easily find in the list of templates to choose from to apply to any opened chart. Of course, since the new template would be specific to a certain pair, the pair ID would be part of the new template name.

Perhaps USDCHF is going to follow suit. There has been a considerable amount of time spent consolidating around the EP Zone. The outfits building positions there are going to want a nice profit for all their work!

When all this is happening around a whole number, instead of otherwise, and H4 gives some kind of reason to believe in a reversal, I feel more confident about gambling against the spikes with early entries. Both USDCHF and USDJPY H4 charts came up with nice pin bars at the last lows.
The asian session traders missed out on the drop yesterday for these two. That is why they worked price back down I suppose, doing what they could to improve closing shorts and acquiring longs. But since there was no radical spike down by the London or US traders, it makes me think there was just too much of a "long side" imbalance at lower levels for the PPMs to spend their money trying to work their way down thru 20-50 pips of levels to get a long order filled......just too much in the way of buy orders already sitting there waiting to get filled, and too little in the way of shorts! If this has been the case, then it would be a very bullish sign going into next week.

That was exactly what i thought. From the psychological perspective it would make sense. Why now buying if you can drive the price down for better prices assumed the bias is long. Maybe theres more liqudity now as the summer ends. They dont need much whipsaws to build positions??
, so already there are too many buyers at lower levels just waiting for someone to try a spike down, which could be too costly for the outfit to try a spike under those conditions. Answer: Whipsaws are indeed a sign that PPMs are first getting others to commit their money before they drive the price, then driving the price opposite the future run to take on more favorable positions....not needing to worry about competition since they already coaxed others into the trade at less favorable positions during the first part of the whip. Well, anyway, that is one way a whipsaw can work. But, for example, if everyone is waiting with lower long orders, and not budging, and no one is looking to go short, then maybe any kind of whip would just be too expensive for the PPMs to try it.
