Try not worry too much about news 90% has been factored in already.
If possible stay out while news is released give market time to settle then resume what you were doing.
Then carry on reacting to price action. Figures released by news are lagging, By the month/quarter that the data was collected over most analyst follow this data closely at source,thus the forcast on forex factory for instance.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

i have a funny feeling it will retest the pivot and than up if today at all (friday, US data coming), they know it should go up so let it drop and buy @ better price

Nice reversing candle in the 1,2860 area zone...i wish there was more vol on this move...a retest of 1,2870 and a close below 1,2860 and down we go.

Good point and true in most of the reports that match the expectations. However, for example a 1.2% difference on GDP growth difference from the consensus, a surprisingly bad confirmed bad NFP #s or the FED announcing/confirming more free money are not necessarily taking in to account before hand.

Also more important assuming that markets behave with perfect information and all big actors already position in the right direction weeks in advance is fundamentally wrong. Just check last week trading related losses in Goldman to confirm this argument (Goldman Sachs (GS) Traders Are Human After All "...The investment bank said of the days in the red during the three month period ended in June, the losses amounted to more than $100 million on three occasions as bearish tendencies and the May 6 “flash crash" caused instability.." http://www.streetinsider.com/Insider...l/5879234.html)

Big investor also can lose a lot of money if they wrong in their "assumptions" so...

why do you want this price to go down so bad? it did for last 4 days allready, let it take breath, dont you see the data report, thats the gross domestic product for G sake, dont you like german cars :-) ?
