EUR/USD - to trade lower. Pair undermined by unwinding of long-EUR carry trades on increased risk aversion. Data focus: 0900 GMT euro-zone June industrial production. EUR/USD daily chart negative-biased as stochastics falling from overbought; MACD staged bearish crossover against its exponential moving average; bearish parabolic stop-and-reverse signal hit at 1.3017 yesterday. Support at 1.2807 (100-day moving average); breach would expose downside to 1.2730 (July 21 reaction low), then 1.2598 (55-day moving average) and 1.2520 (July 13 reaction low). Resistance at 1.3078 (hourly chart); breach would expose upside to 1.3190 (yesterday's high), then 1.3234 (Tuesday's high), 1.3307 (Monday's high) and 1.3333-1.3342 band (Friday's high-April 30 reaction high).

dang, things are really streched out on the 60 minute and 240 charts....

lookin at the daily dynamic's , it's been quite sometime since they have been collectively at such extreme ranges.....

things are going to bounce or break..... either way is bungle in the jungle with me......h

Technically the pair is extremely oversold both in 1 and 4 hours charts, having approached to the daily SMA now around 1.2805, and next support in line. Corrective movements should find resistance at the 200 EMA in the 4 hours chart around 1.2885, thus further upside seems also possible towards 1.2930/60 zone.
Support levels: 1.2835 1.2805 1.2780
Resistance levels: 1.2885 1.2930 1.2960

Some resistance here, a probe of it might spur some short covering before london opens...

Why arent ppl on this forum trading USD/CHF ?
If anyone is:
I am short from 1.0615, target point, 1.0566. But it looks very bearish on 4h, thinking of keeping my short longer. Any thoughts?

And if the USD is gonne fall today, that should be a good thing for me!

We do we do! I'm looking to buy dips on this pair...1,0550 sounds good, i'll wait london though
And for me H4 still look bullish, but i hope you are right so you can make profit from this short ...very nice entry btw

I'm looking for shorts today...i don't like swimming against the flow.
I'm looking for any kind of bounce, so i'll stay on guard.
The level i'm watching is 1,2940.

TP for the downside are 1,2820 & 1,2740

We'll see how london open

Thanks Have sold the pair with good succses around 1.6025 the last weeks
Why do you think 4h looks bullish ?

I see so many failures of 1.0625, and now there are a big bear hammer( ca 5 hours ago) And some other candels with long shadows. Its atleast a double top
Though for some reason it is strugeling around 1.0575 area..
