I don't really understand how EAs work, so bare with me if this is a stupid question. If I attach the EA to the chart, will it ONLY trade during the times that Geoff says to? Or will it trade as long as it's attached to the chart? Cuz I sorta just wanna attach it, and then leave it there and not worry about putting it on during the right times.

Also, just D/L MT4 from Alpari UK. Are there any settings I should change to maximize results? Do I need to change a GMT setting for it to be entirely accurate?
Iam not Geoff but my understanding is that it looks for trade on the previous two candles and will only trade the first hour of Tokyo open...

GMT settings are in the first post on the first page...

This is probably yet another stupid question, but has anybody else not had a trade this week using the EA only? (v16)

I think I would have had one Sunday night but didn't turn the PC on, and since then, nothing..

Also, I hope that this thread doesn't get moved or any crazy actions happen as I really like stuff like this and I learn so much!

Finally, I could be wrong but if Geoff is a Yorkshireman like me, I'd hope he's pretty resilient to any false accusations, tha knows!
The latest long entry of the EA was not so good. I'm glad I closed my longs in time. It seems also that cable has a crappy movement lately, I was tempted to enter short but again it keeps halting and ranging. It won't go down...

Let's keep the thread alive. Geoff and Twee had a little misunderstanding, they will sort it out. I hope.

I only had one trade on ATC this week and that was a successful three positions on Sunday; nothing more. I think FXDD had a trade but I had it turned off.

Hello--I brand new here. I downloaded these two files (right-click, save target as, experts, indicators) and it goes into my custom indicators rather than on my platform as an EA. Currently we are not working with that version. We are on v.16. YOu can find it on the bottom of post#1. It goes into your experts folder of your broker. Please be sure to read post #1 all the way through.

Anybody expecting trades?

Lawgirl you are truly one of the few that are special. I entered a manual trade and then bailed at about -20 pips. Stomach couldn't take the ride all the way down.

Lawgirl I'm right there beside you all the way to the win as it plays with us.
The whole reason for the EA is it is suppose to help us so we don't get are feeling involved.
My feeling are involved beacause there is a lot of money on the line.
BUT we all seem to think a lot of Geoff and he did a lot of work to get where we are now, so im going all the way on MR TOADS WILD RIDE.
If it doesnt make it then there is always tomorrow.
Im still in too, and plan to ride the Cable Rollercoaster till it stops.....in profit I hope. So close and yet so far, what 3 or 4 times within a wisker of 1st profit target, so I lowered my 1st target and got some pips so now waiting on no. 2 to go north!
I bailed out -60 pips x2 Tuesday when things started to look grim. Cable is one of the wildest pairs.

yes. I was sleeping and the ea entered long, FXDD.
Anyone else get a trade?
The last time I was the only one with a trade it was a dog, all the way to -140.
did not try to enter today nor yesterday...closed positions manually on live version wednesday...think that USD strengthens from here and we might see a long bull rally for several weeks....does not mean that USD weakens temporarily but overall trend reverses...just my thoughts
