dont forget the back test for the last few years ..lots of sideway movement there..

Your looking at a principle here dont forget..... and your not trade the whole session just little parts of it

strange, I am on Alpari uk live and had only S/L 16th of July. You are talking about Alpari demo, corrrect? The second S/L happened last year but I can only see this from backtests as I only trade live since beginning of May. (and at the start that was an older version as v9 was developed later)

Looking at my 5 min and 15 min charts....trying to see the fractals...

still nothing here....


News item this morning:

The Federal Reserve meets on August 10th for the rate decision. The recent economic data shows that the economy is slowing down – no double dip recession, at least not yet, but certainly a slowdown.
Paul Sheard, global chief economist at at the Japanese Bank Nomura, suggests that the central bank won’t wait for a double-dip recession to be confirmed, but will act in the form of renewing quantitative easing steps by buying assets once again.
The meaning of buying assets, or enlarging the Fed’s balance sheet is printing dollars. And the meaning of printing dollars is devaluing the dollar

Make the most of this sell off.....this week...

can anyone help me with this problem?
when I attach my the EA to chart it gives a cross instead of smiley face.. what can be wrong here?

could be Tools>Options>Experts Allow live trading
Also, enable Expert Advisor in Toolbar above chart.

At the top of your platform you will see " expert adviser" click it to enable it....that should give you a " smiley" and make sure you have the " allow live trading " on the EA...

FX Concepts sees already now the end of the USD weakness.....bottomfishing....after 10th of august we will see big reversal I think but until then sell USD

True that may signal a reversal then again it may not....will depend on the confidence in the markets at the time...in the mean time I will trade with the trend....what ever it maybe...

In my view, it would need to break the last high 1.59062/5 and hold , you are with the trend so later in the day you will no doubt be right....the question will be how far is it going to retract....
