hourly correlation is 92.5, but daily 35.5 - so hard to say. Personally I prefer high daily correlation and decorrelated state on hourly chart.

Hi,

looks like Wave A 3092 to 2986 from A-B-C Correction is finished, closed my short + 69,
Waiting now for Wave B to be finished and i will go in again short.

A break will complicate things because it can attract very good selling. A breach will be better (a failed break) but it need support on reports too. If that happens, today seems difficult to reach 1.3100 but surely early next week. Its a very good entry zone for longs. Its still way too early for that call.

We'll see.

Hers is the chart i was posted yesterday, it happend to be a succesfull trade for me. it was one of the riskyest trade for me. I had a 80 Lots sold in a Micro account, which is now a ''Standard Account". Hope you'll had a good day too...

Yes I see. That move range I usually analyze in a monthly chart (for key R/S levels) but its exactly the problem now the fast move down the last few months didn't make any major pullback so until the high of that panic bar in Mayis reached there is only the 50% reference and the major fib lines (which I don't trust that much) as reference. Until a confirmed major S/R I agree with you with those areas. There are the only reference I have above weekly.

is this a trend reversal or only a correction?

The medium term uptrend-line is @1.2930 - I go short again, if it breaks that line. However, I don't think that today we see a price under 1.2930

Lets see what brings the us gdp

if 2961 is not respected then the bulls have punted. bounce up is expected below 2954/45.. + slippage.

Hopefully this is a trend reversal since the recent events have put EU in an area that is not supported by the fundamentals.

It does seem very likely that China has been buying euros and thus drove up the pair because otherwise what we are looking at is very little change in the dismal situation which drove the pair down below 1.2.

Too early to call but this may be the start of a move down to 1.9 area.

maybe European banks hording money for the stress test did it. now that stress test is over euro demand eases. just a thought,
