please those lines on the chart. I was wondering where they come from..did you indicate them youself or they are plotted by the indicators( if so which of them?)

UJ Short Trade Closed:

PA reached TP1. Trade closed for 47 pips profit. If PA pulls up during asian and early euro session, then I can re-enter higher for a posssible run down to TP2.

H4 shows the early asian session run down thru the support area. And the M15 shows the heavy trading that came at the lows. This suggests price might be restored high thru the rest of the asian and early euro sessions, so the FO/LO/US traders can smash it down again.

Both charts show a speculative dotted line PA track. It is HIGHLY speculative, and it is based on the premise that the euro is extremely overbought on all pairings and that lately the price ranging of the euro pairs has been restricted. What better way to close out the week then with a surprise slam dunk!

EU And GU:

Both EU and GU have been steadily pumped higher for two months now, making both seemingly overbought. So the same question as with EJ above is, might we get a spectacular end-of-the-week slam dunk?

Attached are H4 and M15 charts for GU as an example. The H4 shows an engulfing candle at the top, so far followed by little reaction to it, suggesting that the big players have kept price up while preparing for Humpty Dumpty's great fall. The M15 shows the above average trading so far during the early asian session......regardless of price! This suggests those traders really don't care much about quibbling over price up here, which in turn suggests they might be thinking the next drop will be so nice that the shorting prices right now at the top just doesn't matter!

Here too, both charts show a speculative PA track, highly speculative and based on the assumptions of price being over bought and recent ranging being too tight.

You all have some great knowledge and I have read most of your posts this week, but I need to learn more of the basics. There are so many sites and info out there. I have gone through Babypips.com, got some good knowledge but want more. If you know of any other creditable sites please advise.

How is the trend line used? Does it just give a basic idea of trend? Can you use it relative to the Sonic Dragon?

Look at the volume of trades as the Frankfurt traders pumped GU!!!!!

OMG! Humpty Dumpty........hang on to your hats, folks!

There is a humongous amount of trading going on now that the price has been pumped up! People don't buy like this at the highs.....they SELL, SELL, SELL!

Lets revisit this one for a moment. Price did not get pumped to an early high, but after an initial drop, it has been getting the pump for some time....and a nice Bear Channel signal has developed in the process.

This could soon develop a SonicR EP South.

Geez! All hell is breaking loose this morning! Well, we knew it was building up to this over the past weeks. All we need now is for EU and GU to capitulate during London trading, and then have the US traders come in and nail the coffins shut!

As an example, if you are watching the M15 and the current candle finished tall upwards (either up or down, but lets say up....it all works the same), and you see the volume of trades histogram bar well above average....

....do you know if it was mostly buying or selling? No. But if you disect the M15 volume of trade histogram by looking at the last three bars on an M5, or the last 15 bars on an M1, then you can more clearly see where the most trading occurred during the rise over those past 15 minutes.

In the post you refer to, I posted first the M1 chart because I saw the volume of trades soaring. And it was really neat that on the M1 there was a momentary climax of trading at a very high price...almost twice as many trades at that high price as for any other minute for the whole session!

In summary, you have to drop to lower TFs to see the distribution of trade volume over the span of time, and keeping in mind this truth about trading...


......buy low, sell high.
