Cuz I see a couple of dojis using 5pm EST as a closing time and one doji with another one that looks to be oin the making using 0:00 GMT closing.

Doji's are by definition "indecision" or as I say it... "unwillingness to push the issue either way atm..."

In other words... no new High but could it certainly Could higher... Think of those last 4 wick tops not as Failure to go higher but as "Intention to go higher..." and now...

total mind mistake, i knew they were dojis but I said pin, sorry about that. thank you for the words on doji's they are helpful.

off topic - would you consider the last daily bar a pin bar on aud/usd?

a lot of usd pairs are giving bearish signals on daily macds......I think were going to see some big moves....fridays gdp report could be very important, if its bad, thats 6 months of slowing growth which doesnt look good for the global economy. Risky assets will be dumped.

I could be wrong though...this is just my opinion and the market doesnt care

Yes agreed, but I was saying his trade not his way of postings. Just difference from your usual laconic manner becos everyone is different.
Market indecision,...give my account a real chance with going up with EURJPY and going down with EURUSD.

I did a rough count a couple weeks ago of FF "members" ((and I use the term loosely)) that I've either busted directly or helped someone else bust and it was over 150... I'm rather happy about that.

That little factoid should unleash the Hate Mail... or better yet send it to Jay for archiving.

We keep hoping Twee will link repeated offenders to their previous usernames as well for the benefit of FF members but so far No Joy... there may be reasons I'm not aware of, but we really have NO IDEA how big the problem really is.

Hmm, short is a bit risky at the moment from my point of view. Long for 30-40 pips looks more credible. However, if bulls fail to move and close a day above 3050 today, that will be very bearish for Friday.

DAYUM! Thanks AK...it really does help me to know..I get these funny little feelings by the words that some "new" users show up using but I usually can't prove anything.

And to the guy asking about the AU PB...by definition it is a PB..I'd be careful with that one and look back up around the 9000 level as it is a HUGE BRN and that's really where the break of the pin was and that's where ideally you'd get in on a pin bar. especially a daily, seeing how your stop would have to be pretty big now..

EUR/USD - to consolidate with risks skewed lower. Pair undermined by negative risk sentiment; but downside limited by easing concerns over euro-zone's sovereign-debt crisis which has shown not to have hobbled region's banking sector in last week's bank stress tests. Data focus: 0800 GMT German July labor market statistics, 0810 GMT July euro-zone retail PMI, 0900 GMT euro-zone July business climate & economic sentiment indicators. EUR/USD daily chart still positive-biased as MACD & stochastics in bullish mode, but latter near overbought; inside-day-range pattern completed yesterday. Support at 1.2964 (yesterday's low), then at 1.2949 (Tuesday's low); breach would expose downside to 1.2874 (Monday's low), then 1.2791 (Friday's low), 1.2730 (July 21 low) and 1.2707 (July 15 low). Resistance at 1.3041-1.3045 band (yesterday's high-Tuesday's high); breach would expose upside to 1.3093 (May 10 high), then 1.3124 (38.2% Fibonacci correction of 1.5144-1.1875 Nov. 25-June 7 decline) and 1.3342 (April 30 reaction high).


Mehr gibt es jetzt nicht. Der Rest ist ähnlich wie gestern - nur dass es heute eben etwas höher geht - so I think we could see one more attempt towards 1.3036 - 1.3049 or even above 1.3076 in case of an extention. Daily Chart again in a Harami Cross pattern situation.

As long as capped below 1.3060 - 1.3076 area - we could see a downside move again. Supportive Entry-zones are seen close to 1.2981 / 75 and 1.2960/ 58. Last Entry- / Exit-Zone at around 1.2944 and 1.2926 limits. Below that limit - you can forget the upside at first for a while...
