Yep, that's usually the case. Just be careful when September rolls around. Market usually shows you where it wants to go (probably September NFP release) and the boys generally like a 1,000 pip Xmas rally on E/U (whichever way it's going to go) so best not to fight it. Just can't believe we've done 850 pips this month though.

yah, even if u use dukas for entering orders, don't use it for charting, just use mt4.

if u want the best of both worlds, use fxopen mt4, since they've combined dukas' feed with their mt4 ecn platform

This situation has to resolve NOW.
There's a couple of technical points holding up the market. On the weekly it's holding above a 20 EMA. Time is right for the much anticipated fall. Still too many holding short tickets is my guess, as this train has too much inertia.

I use Dukas only for short orders, they don't pay any carry, hate them for that also spreads are costlier than Oanda's and by that also chart tools are better. But my real interest in Dukas is their API.

tomorrow unemployment claims and tonights nz int rate decision......im not quite sure nz will raise rates as they are expected to do so....if they dont, it could move money into risk aversion. Its @ 5pm est

1.2940 area. I believe the correlated pairs are holding the Euro up. I am watching GU, and in particular CHF which appears to be heavily onesided.
My timing analysis was for a fall an hour ago.

the funny thing, when the platform goes down so does the website..

Update: The website just came up with an outtage page.
