i was once in the exact same situation(much much ....bigger than 3%),after that i found myself being overcautious n missed a lot of opportunities, so i realized that and that's when the eagerness kicked in,you wait n wait till can't wait anymore, so you jumped in ....boom, another big loss,. "specialists" can give u useful tips, unless you give them full control of your account which i seriously doubt any traders in this room would do,but at the end of the day it's patience, discipline and chart reading(i'm technical...em...yes i am, am i ? ) that can help you stay in the business.

oh...btw, i still make the same mistake from time to time, but fortunately with s/l.
If market fails to break 2942 area where lies midline of the channel, major sr H1tf 200ma m15 ,it may even back to 3020 again , like a diamond swing again . shorts still intact & watching.

3% for me is not the max, I feel improving, THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE LOSS, BUT BEHAVIOR.

that's not the question of leverage at all, I never blew my no one acc. This shit is coming from past when I start and done +170K from 1K in 2007, since than is just coming... that's like an erection to the nice fancy lady - automatic.

All my lines on charts today - wrong, my behavior is wrong, I am quiet about my acc, but wonder WTF is still sitting in me. I can see SRs, TLs all lines, fibs, but is like a devil my finger push the button other way again and again.

My wife tells me, I'm beyond the control and nothing can stop me till it comes to aggression, last month that was a wall against my fist - no pain and many plaster (yeah, that's me when I wild or fighting) ... But again - is not about money, not about "hate losing", not about "be right", is about gambling behavior - may be is a disease. I'm mad.

I bought @ 1.2981 with SL: 50 pips and targeting the first and second resistance points in my chart which it has been channeling thus far.

e/u wasn't able to confirm the higher high, so I expect some downside risks in the next days.
Under 1.2725 it confirms a double top and the target would be ca. 1.243 - lets see whats happens.

Being very new to trading, I find it helps if I wait for the low/high of yesterday and trade these, it is very accurate, while I try to learn more. More recently I use the pivots which are extremely useful. Use the link on ak4x.
EUR/GBP forming possible SHS pattern, if it will work we could see dip EU to 1.20 again or cable will fly through the roof...or both - smaller dip on EU and cable smaller rally.

a friend of mine has been a spread betting forex trader for many years, and he was labeled by the inland revenue as a professional "gambler"(that's exactly what the taxman said when my friend called them to ask sth abt the tax rate) , so i guess technically we are all gamblers, and there is nothing wrong with it as long as you can stick with the discipline and stop loss ratio. anyway, just hope you can get through this soon and make some more pips.

Market retracing a lot but may not timely as of normal market movement , doing under pressure only and bull unable to take off so far & so at this last stage of the take over expected some more retracement perhaps , did as per but less than enough may be , otherwise it will take over any time . still not think so ready bull .
If there a C at the top now then retrace a minimal to have a D to up but so far seems still in C wave . anyway if try up ok too as told before too because there already a D point apparently before .
other thing , price at lower tf showing indecision in the form of swings , so clear it & go up if the backbone strong enough . waiting for this take over to have long again but still not taken , may be late . will watch more .

That's because he uses spread betting (zero tax). If he used a FX trading firm, he would be labelled a professional currency trader, so I guess technically we are all traders
