euro positive news but I think the descent resume `to 1.2650 to 1.2550 then I think a rise to 1.3500 going to make`. this is my opinion.

Let s see about GBP retail sales release in 45 min. I believe that will set up the trend until US unemployment claims release 5 hours later.

EUR/USD Recovery Freezes Ahead Of Stress Tests

0736 GMT [Dow Jones] Skepticism about the EU stress tests and recent soft auction results have likely frozen EUR/USD recovery attempt above 1.30 says UniCredit. Expects nervous trading ahead although only a break below 1.2690 will likely trigger a more aggressive selloff says the bank. EUR/USD now at 1.2795.

We like to play the range - step by step - not dreaming about 1.36 areas too early or blathering around about such exaggerations from below parity at this stage. German Newspaper - "HANDELSBLATT" - has been running a story suggesting that the so-called "Stress Tests" have low credibillity among major market participitiants.

Details will be launched tomorrow - at about 8:00 - 9:00 CET - that is prior to Frankfurt, Geneva, LONDON, Paris and Zurich is opening its Trading Floors...

Actually there is a spike happening everyday during 6:00 or 7:00 GMT.

Yesterday at 6:00 GMT bear defended that spike very smartly. That's why i sold a good lot without any doubt.

But today bear mistakes:
1. Before go down bear gave chance to test and confirm 2780 .
2. Started action before defend. (If bear defend first bull couldn't go much higher because bull burned RSI + Stoch earlier.)
3. Bear pinch support line twice before hourly candlestick close.

Who will prefer bear after observing these mistakes?

Yes - quite nice European data - exept the French ones of course. So we should allow the Euro to see some further move up - before we do like to short it again...
