This is a possible scenario and these are counter trades. Do not trust them. I see a drop to the 1.2750 area then back up to 2900

You really need to ask Malc. about that, I am not an expert on VSA, I am just student of VSA right now. I am strictly Technical. Here is Malcs. thread and he can show you more about volume indy.

Either we get the shakeout today or the much awaited sell off.
It looks like a classic chart pattern. I am also watching the ML.

Morning to all . another day of uncertainity or what ? anyway expecting more breakout. daily tf sell off & bull rally abortion & weekly still in rally up but 1.2563 down can go also.not any great deal .1.2522 possible if in bo mode now .waiting short work breaking 1.2869 again & 2820 next.

Morning , thanks for great chart showing the uncertainity . anyway before stress test result should be shaky with headfakes with some rumours perhaps leading a total failure at last if so further at or any above ( I just start doubt 1.32 in hand 1.2522 in mind ) .

According to my charts today we could have some bearish momentum. I say COULD as there is no clear sign of intraday trend defined. I would go with this strategy. I would short and put t/p at 2845 as that could be a reversal point.. Anything below that could lead us to 2800 then 2720

STOPS around 2715 and I would go long above 2715 with a possible target 3050. Not much news today as I can see it, so maybe some sideways movement before stress test

PA seems to be flirting with my purple TL. Above will go to test the 1.3030. below will go to the bottom of the channel.

We will all know the direction in 30-40 min or so...

Dax futures looks red, and of course the rest of the lovely co-efficient market...

I would love to go long but to expensive at this level and something isn't right on the picture... looking at the daily...

A couple days ago, everybody thought the euro stress test will go well.

Yesterday, everybody thought the euro stress test will fail.

So it's been one massive rollercoaster. I'm still long. Still, lots can happen between now and Friday when the euro stress results are revealed and the French administration's head bean counter (and former hottie) Christine Lagarde starts regurgitating whatever the spin doctors give her.

My S/L in a satisfactory spot should the proverbial hit the fan.

Stress test might very likely cancel this bull trend and resume the bear trend. In anyway it is not good place to long here.
