Stocks rebounding, JPY down, EUR stuck... .

eu pp later should be 2900/2921 ish.. and that puts s2 below 2775/2800.
i dont see that move but i don't see lots of things. my money was on 2803 as a possible. now if s1 is there ill have to think about 2784.5

I think the first european hours of trading were the more logical, the news on europe were bad so euro wnt down until america opend with also bad news at first so choppy trade started, now we should expect some range trade for the next days 'till friday.

no, there aren't certain news - the last half percent cames from good news from Apple - than there was some good earning results from Texas Instrument and there were some rumors too, that the Fed wants to force the banks to give more credits by lowering the deposit rate to 0% (when the banks are making the overnight deposit on the fed)

the nasdaq is now about 1% under the high from last week - the fdax is more than 2,5 % under his last-week-high

I could be wrong on this, but if the market advances above 1.2922, the probabilitis are for the recent high to be tested.

My stuff shows a 50% retrace today from the last consolidation area @ 2700 and the subsequent run up to 3000+ slip....

The top of my up channel is currently right at 2800 (61.8)....

will be watchin to see if London is interested in these areas....test or break....

i shall say this only once LOL

we will increase the rate of descent from now on. the plant starts at 2870. that's when we strike. we might find some obstacles at 850 and 838 but we will be sure to hit our first target at 2808. once we get there we will rush to our final target, an old rail line (was built between begining of november 2005 and end of october 2008 also had some minor work in the very begining of march 2009), where we pick out $$$ and scram.

It is possible that today's data on the number of housing starts in the U.S. it would be a disappointing, adversely impact on the dollar. However, increasing pressure on the U.S. currency have the expectations of Ben Bernanke's speech on Wednesday. Presumably, chairman of the Fed will lower its forecast for U.S. economic recovery that will trigger the weakening dollar and will support the euro / dollar in anticipation of the results of stress tests. Meanwhile, there is the view that the dynamics of a rising euro / dollar is unlikely, given the leakage of information about the results of these stress tests, and despite, perhaps, disappointing data on the number of housing dollars. Nevertheless, the bank believed that the establishment of bearish trend can be expected only after a couple falls below 1.28. Meanwhile, the euro / dollar sank to a mark 1.2890 against the background of sales, initiated by Asian sovereign account.

2313 GMT [Dow Jones] EUR falling, will likely extend losses throughout day as "it's difficult to buy the euro now ahead of (Europe banks') stress test results" due on Friday, with investors staying cautious, says head of finance at major Japanese trading firm. EUR/USD last at 1.2890, may trade in 1.2820-1.2930 with small amount of stop-loss selling orders around 1.2820. EUR/JPY may trade in 112.00-112.75 vs last 112.50. USD/JPY falling due to selling by Asian short-term funds ahead of Fed Chief Bernanke's speech later in day on speculation he will take dovish tone.
