Big central banks buy/sell based on a plan based on Macro economical situtations. they dont buy/sell based on MACD/stoc/what other * indicator and DIps and rally.

What was interesting for me is another trader seeing the same thing I am seeing and it helps me confirm my thoughts and ideas.

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The Euro rallied last week to reach 1.3000 resistance area, which has remained under attack during the last two days, with the pair showing an "inverse Head & Shoulders" formation, according to Karen Jones, technical analyst at Commerzbank.

The pair is trading on a neutral to positive bias with an "inverse H&S" formation offering targets above 1.3100, says Jones: "We have an inverse head and shoulders pattern on the chart which offers a minimum upside measured target to 1.3120/50."

On the downside, the pair remains supported by 1.2730/1.2610, according to Jones: "Nearby support lies at 1.2730/1.2610 and maintains the bid tone."

Morning , yes for now , me too took buy orders at the low level now , next stop can be 1.3153 & next 1.3203 if all ok,yes 3078 also one level to react , sl below 1.2940 set , will set at be after 1.3014. now only wait, crazy market can do anything .

Nice little ride it has taken us through in the last 2 hours. Missed the upswing but madwe a little on the reversal. Took a Long @ 1.2974 only looking for a 10-20 Pip scalp.

DJ MARKET TALK: Sell EUR Around Current $1.30 Levels

0800 GMT [Dow Jones] Start building short EUR positions around current $1.30 levels, says RBS. The bank reckons that the stress test results on Friday will 'deliver one more spurt of confidence in Europe.' After that, though, growth fears will kick in. 'Confidence will take a hit if European economic growth begins to fade. It will take a bigger hit if growth in the fragile periphery fades faster,' the bank warns, suggesting that Hungary's row with the IMF also adds risk to the EUR. 'We are closer to the point where the EUR starts to turn down again.'

Above here this corrective rally could extend to the 1.3465-1.35 area which would likely be the maximum upside target says Jones. Now trading at 1.2980 she favors buying dips to 1.2875 and 1.2785 with a stop at 1.26, taking profit at 1.3120.
