Agreed, and I am not, I just mean the general "speak" when a mediocre to lousy report comes out and it is blown out of proportion to create lines as if things were ok.

The dip is a possibility here and is likely as it is after every move up. But, looking at price action and candles alone, notice the pattern, before 1.18 it was dominated by shorts, after and until now by bullish candles.

The major downtrend weekly TL has been violated and closed above,
thus, one scenario is a 260 appx pip dive down to test that TL, there if breached and held we may go lower to retest 1.2
or, we may see a bounce as longs resume taking out 1.3 on rebound.

dont let the banks paying for adds influence you long term. if the u.s. sucks and double dips.. it hurts exporting economies more. without buyers the exporters will hurt. there is high social cost in ez with high unemployment already. we already saw what happens in 2008, when Europe was strong. just imagine the tax revenues that fall with a weaker economy. the u.s. dip is not priced in Europe. Germany will go toe to toe with china. usually the cheaper price wins. double dips work on both shorlines

JYM, I was typing the potential drop alert before it happened (I usually get a lttle more warning), then I changed screens and it was already done. Do you have something that shows an up?

yes the next cycle if north goes to 32xx.. but before then we have to complete this one. for 2968... it says we retrace.. then go from there. i got some paths here. with bounce areas. they can kill north cycle. if you care to see. #272656


also the fan may hit the shit today. u.s. markets are fragile. it would not take much for a 300/500 point drop.

Nah nothing on the charts.
And I'm not even saying we're going to have a solid move up for hours or anything.

I'm just saying that my time from 1 until 2 am we always get a lot of noise from the market makers when Europe opens.

I think the Stress Tests are a head fake.

Some progress down side forming a possible bull flag as broken 2877 level ( open short prematurely) , not hold though & expecting 2909/11 before back & continue down .

Its not quite that easy. For one, Germany doesn't want to bail anyone anymore, French are tapped with bad debt, high social cost etc. ECB is what's in trouble...they're running out of places to run. The worse the US gets, the more pressure on the Euro in the long run
