Price attempt to make a strong move to 1.30 (major level). I'm looking for 1.30 to be the reversal point (not 1.29). Traders placing shorts are fueling the LONGS.

Watching USDCHF for 1.03644, as long as continue downtrend will help for EURUSD 1.3000, but maybe tomorrow or next week, will see.

towards 38 fib? maybe then some? sure looks that way......this is looking like strong 3rd wave

I've never heard of jumping a gap before other than possibly an island reversal at a top or bottom so I'm not really sure what point you are making?

Hey man. Closed half of my AUD position when I talked to you, thanks for the input when I needed it. I just reloaded two more short contracts. What do you think it will do? I am thinking that we have seen the top and am just looking to load shorts on every bounce up, especially with the way the Euro is rising and its imminent drop or at least retracement soon.

I woke up LATE to day and missed earliers 120 pips move. My Twitter friend Obie got me in on EJ for 50+ pips.

On EU I noticed fake-out reversal bar near 1.29 on H1 and knew price will be setting up for more longs. With 1.30 (major level) so close, its on logical for the Big Boys to make a run for it. My stop entry order is 1.29 and I have a target of 1.30

Yeah I just got done looking at the economic numbers and now I understand. Think I'll wait til much higher before I enter a short. I hate getting in right below or at a whole number though; prefer 20 pips or so higher

Not so sure now to be honest. S&P doing well at 61.8 and rebounding a bit, helping risk on and AUD higher. I suspect it has to do more with across the board USD weakness than anything, but I'd wait before reloading. I'm afraid the USDX is too weak now to make AUD drop.

Look at the inflation numbers today and the dovish FED. the extremely low PPI means the the FED is able to keep interest rages low for an extended period.

Btw there is one key correlation which you might not know of but is extremely important and watched a lot by pros. The USD is very heavily dependant on industrial output and manufacturing. It might help you explain the fundamentals behind today's moves better. Manufacturing is crucial to a strong dollar.
