Look @ h4..master candle is detected

S/R levels as pictured. a break of this formation is a break of h4 congestion zone..we may play range now...

The large short positions built up by big traders have been partly removed. This has propelled market upward towards natural area of sellers as those traders took profit. The momentum is with the buyers as dollar corrected. There is large euros to be bought from company buyouts and the next big fundamental which is the banks stress test.
Euro may not be the best instrument to trade long. A strong euro is not good for eurozone.
Stock market needs a correction to recent surge up. While these considerations affect the market, the smart money appears to be buying.

I think it is going down within 15 minutes maximum..

We are going to 1.265 at least if not to 1.2580
If something is too good to be true, it’s probably NOT true.

I'm actually glad I missed the short entry now. Cable is something I don't understand and probably never will, better to leave it aside.

So Portugal and Germany sold-out their bonds?
Do institutional buyers think its a bargain to buy now, because they predict a stronger euro in longer term?

Yes - thank you! Thanx for reply. As you can see - I did post the same thing more than a month ago - when we were trading around 1.1969 - 1.20xx area.

I showed that bullish divergence in various TFs - daily, H8, H4 etc. as well several times. But that is long time ago - and nearly past now. Prior to an end of validity I mean.

We had a bigger move from there. And may be we could see some further upmove. But not for the reason out of that "old bullish divergences". The new ones are regular bearish divergences as you might have been noticed. And it is just the same thing with that - the "new bearish divergences" has been shown today.

It is just a question of time (1-3 Tage - who knows - H4 chart does not show such things precise enough because TF a bit too big) when they will start to work out for us...
